- We’re here to assist you whenever needed – available from 10am to 6pm for all services and 24/7 for any emergencies.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules:
- Check-in time is 3PM-10PM and check-out time is before 11AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
- We warmly welcome one pet up to 8kg! Your furry friend will feel right at home with a pet basket and an array of pet accessories provided.
- To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
