  • The entire property is yours to enjoy, with full access to all appliances and amenities for a comfortable and effortless stay.
  • We’re always happy to assist you whenever needed - available from 10:00 to 18:00 for services and 24/7 for any emergencies.
  • Hot tub heating (upon request): Heated water is available with an additional daily charge during the operating season (May to October). Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in so we can have everything prepared for your arrival.
  • Seasonal operation: The pool and jacuzzi operate from May to October, depending on weather conditions.

For a smooth and stress-free stay, we kindly ask you to keep in mind the following:

  • Check-in is 15:00–22:00 and check-out is by 11:00, so we can prepare everything perfectly for the next guests.
  • One small pet (up to 8kg) is welcome to join you - we’ll have a pet basket and a few thoughtful accessories ready to make them feel at home. To keep the indoor spaces fresh and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to smoke only outdoors (including vaping and e-cigarettes).

Our stay was heavenly. There are not enough accolades to express the professionalism and kindness of our host. Whenever you travel with 10 people, there will be challenges. Antigone was responsive and accommodating. In addition, the surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful and the residents of Emporio are kind and helpful. Antigone recommended a private, 5-hour sunset cruise for us on the Freedom. It was nothing short of amazing. All of the food in the area is delicious. You cannot go wrong with any of the restaurants. You also cannot go wrong with staying in the Rock Villas. Antigone, we are eternally grateful for your assistance as well as the delicious fruits and chocolates you provided for our arrival.

THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP EVER! We travel as a large family with children internationally A LOT and this was hands down the most enjoyable trip we’ve taken. The Rock Villas as stunning and picturesque. And the village, Emporio, is so quaint it’s like walking through a postcard - very quiet, few tourists, walkable cafes, bars and restaurants. A short drive to the beach and tons of food there as well. And Antigone, our host, took care of all our arrangements - it was like having a personal travel planner! Airport transit, car rental, a full day sailing trip on a private boat, family photography session and reservations at stunning local restaurants we NEVER could have found ourselves. A local caretaker lives directly behind the property too for any needs. She even grocery shopped for us ahead of our visit. We will certainly be back - I never wanted to leave ❤️

Rock Villas was wonderful, we stayed as a family of 8 with a 3 year old and it had everything we needed. Antigone was out of town but still very helpful and responsive. The villas present even better than the photos and everything was well equipped and maintained. The restaurant down the road was great and we loved the quiet location. We did hire a car and ATV’s to explore the island and it is hard to walk everywhere. We would definitely recommend Rock Villas.

They have a local Olga, she is very proactive and friendly. The house is in a very friendly neighbourhood with a roof top hot tub with view over the castle. A supermarket nearby allow great ingredients for cooking, if not there a restaurant along, awesome meat place!

The villa has a ton of brochures which have countless activities you can peruse through! We rented the entire villa and being able to have three separated spaces with three separate couples was something I did not see in other listings in Santorini. The Villa was everything I hoped for. The town of Emporio is lovely. A beautiful historic town central to all locations to visit on the island. The Villa was lovely. Beautifully decorated and homely. Plenty of room for our family. The owner Antigone was brilliantly coming back very quickly on any questions. Olga at the property was also brilliant telling us where to go and arranging car hire for us. We have a fridge full of food on our arrival and fresh donuts in the morning.

The place was ideal for our group of 6 adults. Antigone was an amazing resource before arrival and helped coordinate transportation, massages, and suggested a number of great activities! Olga is a wonderful property manager who was extremely attentive and friendly. Olga went out of her way to make us feel at home and even baked me a delicious birthday cake. Antigone and Olga were so easy to work with. The location is outside of the main city center and great for some peace and tranquility. Transportation was easy when we did go into the city. Note, although the location is tranquil there are delicious bakeries and places to eat all within walking distance.

Wonderful property! The villa was perfect for our larger group (10 adults), and the units and amenties were as advertised! Plunge pool and hot tub were highlights! The host (Antigone) and property management team (Olga and Walla) were super communicative and drove us to grab groceries/beer/wine when we first arrived (in addition to some great welcome treats they had graciously provide)! The villa was exactly as advertised. Aside from our amazing host, it was a dream view and stay. As a group of 7, we had 3 separate villas that converted into 1; therefore, we were allowed personal time in our own suites, and collective time as a group to enjoy one another. Upon arrival, we were treated to bottles of wine, fresh fruit, water, and more. Local grocery stores are a short walk down the hill, and there are also local hot spots including bars, bakeries, eateries, and more. The local bus transportation into the center is easy to navigate. We dinned in Pelican Kipos as a group of 4 for an affordable price. In the evenings, we enjoyed the hot tub, and during the day, we lounged in the pool. The experience was unmatched.

We went for one day because an urgent business trip came up.So because we were already on vacations we went all toghether my wife our four children and i . The house was extra comfortable and the upstairs yard was perfect for leisure and relax day for my family while i was on work and nice place to calm and relax for me after work.We are looking forward to book as soon as possible for more days when the villa will be free. The Rock Villas are an awesome place to stay in Santorini. We rented both levels and loved how unique every room was. From the baker's cave to the wisteria room. It was hard to pick our favorite. We spent a lot of time on the cozy patio, enjoying the garden and outdoor bed. The rooftop patio is also fun to hang out on especially at night with the magical view of the castle. The host should be called a super super host. Antigone is very caring and responsive and so is the property manager, Olga, who went above and beyond to organize our transfers and provide us with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying at the Rock Villas.

We highly recommend to visit the Rock Villa. My husband and I were already in love with Santorini before, and wanted to show this wonderful island to our friends. This villa was perfect for our one week stay. We were 9 in total, the place is big enough to welcome us comfortably. But most importantly, the service at this villa was incredible. Since day one, Antigone was so helpful with our different transfers from the airport. Once arrived, Olga was a real gem ! She assisted us with absolutely every details, from booking cars and quads to booking croisière tickets around the volcano. She really was available for any questions or problems we encountered, and the fact she speaks a perfect french is a real bonus ! Yes. Both are completely private and used exclusively by the guests of each villa.
One is a jacuzzi / hot tub and the second is a mini pool. They operate from May 1st to October 31st. Hot tub heating requires at least 48 hours’ notice prior to arrival and a small daily fee applies.
